Privacy Policy for Neon ZigZag

This Privacy Policy describes how LSAGL ("we", "us") handles information in the mobile game Neon ZigZag (the "App", package com.neonzigzag.game). By installing or using the App, you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

The App itself does not ask you for your name, email, or account. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly. However, the App uses third-party services that automatically collect certain data to function:

Your game progress (gems, high score, unlocked skins, settings) is stored only on your device in local storage and is not transmitted to us.

2. How the data is used

To serve and measure advertising (including rewarded and interstitial ads).
To analyze aggregate gameplay so we can balance difficulty and improve features.
To deliver and restore the optional ad-removal purchase.

3. Sharing

Data is processed by the third parties listed above under their own privacy policies:

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Your choices

Personalized ads / consent: In the European Economic Area, UK, and Switzerland we present a Google-certified consent (UMP) prompt; you can change your choice at any time from within the App.
Advertising ID: You can reset or delete your Advertising ID, or opt out of ad personalization, in your device Settings → Privacy → Ads.
Remove Ads: Purchasing "Remove Ads" disables interstitial advertising in the App.

5. Children

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will delete it.

6. Data retention

On-device game data persists until you clear the app's data or uninstall the App. Data processed by Google is retained according to Google's policies.

7. Changes

We may update this policy; the "Last updated" date will change accordingly. Material changes will be reflected in the App's store listing.
